This handy tool does a lookup for IP addresses. It returns some good information I have used it or tools like it many times. Simply, enter the IP address tap/click on Search. Then tap/click on Show Map. Keep in mind, this is not a geo-locator based on GPS data. It returns the POP location from the ISP for the public IP address. If you tap on "Show Your Location", you will be prompted to allow your broswer to disclose your location. This will be more concise on mobile devices.
